Analysis and Simulation of Rain Flood Hydrographs in Belarus Rivers

Abstract

The conditions of the formation of floods on the rivers of Belarus in different seasons of the year are considered. Hydrographs of rain floods are analyzed. The existing method for constructing rain flood hydrographs in the absence of hydrometric observation data has been improved by clarifying and simplifying some calculations, increasing the reliability of determining the characteristics of flood runoff.
