dc.description.abstractFor many years the teacher o f the higher school on Belarus had the high social status. However, recently the situation significantly changed. Belarus is only formally included in system o f Bologna Process. Reforms at the higher school don't bring the expected effect. Reduction o f a number o f hours by social and humanitarian disciplines negatively influence the average level o f graduates o f the Belarusan universities.ru_RU
