| dc.description | The article examines the name of a character as an important element in creating the literary image, as one of the dominant means of characterising the hero, as a necessary part of revealing the author’s idea, as an integral element of the author’s style. How an anthroponym functions in the text depends on the system qualities of the proper name, manifests itself at all levels of text organisation, and is retrospective per se, as far as its perception and further comprehension occur on the basis of the text. In the article, the main functions of the character’s name are presented on the material of short stories by A.P. Chekhov in conveying diverse meanings of the text that emerge in the reader’s mind due to repetitions and continuous derivationalmotivational process of the nominative units interaction in text production and perception. Anthroponym as a textual sign is a meaning bearing element of the text, and its role is dominant. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | Рассматривается имя персонажа как важный элемент художественного образа, одно из доминантных средств характеристики героя, необходимое звено в раскрытии авторского замысла, неотъемлемый элемент стиля писателя. Функционирование антропонима в художественном тексте зависит от системных свойств имени собственного и обнаруживается на всех уровнях текстовой организации. Его восприятие и осмысление происходит с опорой на текст. На материале новелл А.П. Чехова представлены основные функции имени персонажа в раскрытии разнообразных смыслов текста, которые возникают у читателя благодаря повторам и непрерывному деривационно-мотивационному процессу взаимодействия единиц номинации при порождении и восприятии текста. Антропоним как текстовый знак является смысловым опорным элементом текста, а его роль доминирующей. | ru_RU |
