| dc.description | The article deals with the results of an empirical research of a successful person’s competencies presented by students of different specialties. The research was carried out in the framework of a cognitive paradigm of psychology (the method of a free description as a means of the data collection and the method of factorization as a way of modeling). The structure and content of the students’ cognitive model of skills were analyzed and compared with the generalized theoretical model of competencies of the modern European and international implicit models of competences. The differences in the abovementioned models were figured out. Our students demonstrate the absence of political and multicultural competence; their attention is mainly focused on the process rather than the result of the activity. In the opinion of young Belarusians, the major skill that can ensure success for them in the future life is the ability to establish various interpersonal relations. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | В статье содержатся результаты эмпирического исследования компетенций успешного человека, представленных в сознании студентов различных специальностей. Исследование осуществлялось в рамках когнитивной парадигмы психологии (метод свободного описания как способ сбора данных и метод факторизации как способ моделирования). Проводится сравнительный анализ структуры и содержания когнитивной модели умений, выявленной у студентов, с обобщенной теоретической моделью компетенций современного европейца и зарубежными имплицитными моделями компетентностей. Установлены различия в названных моделях. Специфика наших студентов в отсутствии политических и поликультурных компетенций и ориентация преимущественно на процесс, а не на результат деятельности. Ведущей группой умений, которые, по мнению опрошенных, могут обеспечить им жизненный успех, выступают умения устанавливать разнообразные межличностные отношения. | ru_RU |
