Resonance Width Consideration for Compton Rotation in Magnetic Field

Abstract

A formula describing polarization plane rotation of X-photons in Baryshevsky-Luboshits effect (previously named Compton rotation) is obtained for a photon moving in a totally spin-polarized cold electron gas in an external magnetic field.
